Initial Planning
At the beginning of every project, we take the time to gather information and familiarize ourselves with both the client and the property. This involves asking questions, visiting the site, reviewing any available drawings, finding inspiration, and meeting with appropriate trades people, all while keeping functional requirements and an overall aesthetic vision in mind. With this information in hand, we establish a clear design direction tailored to the client that will inform the design moving forward.

Design Development
This phase involves taking the initial design concepts and refining them into a detailed plan. During this phase,we work closely with the client to review and finalize floor plans, elevations, and other design elements. Material and color selections are made, and specific furnishings are chosen to complement the overall aesthetic. We will present the overall design with drawings, finish and fixture selections, material samples, and 3D renderings.
After the design presentation, we will take the client’s feedback and make any tweaks to refine and finalize the design.

Implementation & Project Management
Once the design has been finalized and approved, we move into the implementation phase. We will work with trade professionals to ensure the project is being implemented as envisioned. We will be on site for meetings, walkthroughs, and at any critical milestones to help manage and guide the design execution.
For projects involving furnishings, during this phase we will also be placing orders, tracking shipments, coordinating with the receiving warehouse, and prepping for furniture delivery and styling.

Installation + Styling
This is hands down our favorite phase, the one that brings the design fully to life. Once construction has been completed, we will install our client’s new furnishings and style each space to perfection. We make sure no design detail is overlooked before turning the space back over to our clients to start enjoying.
